What am I so happy about

What makes for happiness?

Friendship is such a great thing. And food is too!

Elinor served us Mediterranean salmon and marinated tofu, green beans almondine, wild rice, and the most delicious salad ever known to man! Dessert was a remarkable combination of cranberries and walnuts, topped with a layer of cake. Yum yum. I have asked Elinor to submit some of her recipes to the Heaven cookbook that Andrea of Italy is compiling. Be sure to send in your recipes too.

Ron and Elinor are divorced and are great friends to one another and to all fortunate enough to be in their lives. It is beautiful to be part of such goodness.
