I think so too but I think I have been changing for the better over a very long time, admittedly inch by inch, and wondering why no one else but me and God seemed to recognize it. Nice to get a break from spoken or unspoken questions and veiled comments about my "refusal" to change. Hey, please don't honk, I'm pedaling as fast as I can. That in itself would have made the hard trip there and back worth it, tho even without the outside affirmation I would have felt like I had made significant progress. But this wasn't something I expected anyone else but God to notice. I'll take it. My wife says I am changed for the better since going to this last workshop. The roughness and contrast we see in the world comes from resisting God with a closed heart. Open your heart boldly and you will be cleansed. Whenever we think of God, it sends thrill of love flowing back to Him. Being afraid that God will stop loving us is a vain imaging of our mind. Yes, wow! And wonderful!
