Jack is, I am not, most are not. But I know from moments of "almost still" that right behind the scary feeling or even panic is immense joy. Mind hates to be still, thinking stillness is death or at least some bitter pill prescribed by the Cosmic Doctor for no intelligible reason. Heart longs for stillness, knowing stillness is LIFE. And we - Pam, Jochen – simply desire a solution that is workable for us. Really, I'm sure that's all there is to it. Only long for your, Pam's, solution, only lean there and ask to be gently taken there. We are dealing with deeply ingrained habits. No wonder it looks difficult and scary.
