Dear Gloria,

Our heads were made to wear several hats and we were born with many more arms than two. Our children, partners, relatives friends and colleagues learned that a long time ago!

Only the heart is not permitted to multi-task. It is totally focused on loving and nothing can ever distract it. And since loving bears to relationship to "tasking," whenever we feel overwhelmed, all we have to do is let the heart take over. Someone else can empty the dishwasher, or it can wait until later :>)...

That's not multitasking; to multitask you you actually need to finish several things at once. But, of course you know this. So are you going to multitask and walk today?
