The Power of Words

I used to feel insecure if I did not have several blog entries written ahead. It was like I couldn’t rest until there were blog entries written ahead.  Now I am truly enjoying finding out on the very morning what is in my heart to write about. I didn’t decide to do it this way. It just started happening. I kinda think this is a milestone for me.  Certainly a good sign. I do not have to be prepared. I am prepared. All I have to do is to reach in, and a blog entry pops up.

I did not know that today I would also write about words until the moment arose, and I found I just had to.

This morning Russ Michael’s newsletter reprinted the speech that President Obama gave in Egypt a few days ago.  If he had not, I probably wouldn’t have seen it. How much it meant to me to read this speech. It grabbed my heart.

I always love it when I find what God says in Heavenletters reflected in the world.

I will leave it to Jochen to find out whether or not a Heavenletter contains these exact words, but I know with certainty that there are many Heavenletters that express the same thought.

Here is the phrase from the speech that I absolutely love.

Reimagine the world.

Three words, five syllables. How mighty and beautiful they are. Reimagine the world.

Do these words touch you too?

And as I reimagine the world, I am reimagining myself as well.

Gloria, dearest, I share your enthusiasm for the phrase: “Reimagine the world.” It sort of encapsulates in a few words some of the deepest and most powerful messages throughout Heavenletters. I just happened to be reading a letter that matches this phrase quite well and even extends it a little. Here are the most relevant lines:

“By your thoughts, you will settle an unsettled world. By your emanation of love upon all creatures on Earth, you will calm all who need calm. You will bring the world to the point where it can look up and can see all it has dreamed of and dared not hope for.”

Does anyone know or have the ability to e-mail president Obama’s speechwriters? Wouldn’t it be fabulous if the President would start off each morning reading the day’s Heavenletter? We are asked to dream big, this is now one of my dreams.

Wow! What a dream Chuck. I like it. I’m reimagining the world as one where Heavenletters are read out by presidents.

Senora, there must be a treasure chest in there!

I love the idea that Chuck has about President Obama starting off the day with a Heavenletter.

Doesn’t Pres. Obama have a website where he welcomes comments?

If the President does have a website, perhaps a message about this phrase from his speech citing a couple very good Heavenletters with a related theme could get a ball rolling? I doubt he has time to read such web postings, but if done really well it would catch the eye of his assistants who might bring it to him.

I ask GOD, if God would organise Heavenletters to come into contact to your president, maybe when his loving wive is surfing the web and is facinated by a heavenletter. Whatever God wants, maybe God talks strait to Obama, anway all is well and in devine order. Love you ALL. Jack

If his website does invite comments, perhaps if we ALL sent a comment with an appropriate Heavenletter (or quote from a Heavenletter), that would be enough to get someone’s attention.
