Know when to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor and when less formality is appropriate.

Have a positive attitude, sense of humor, friendly rapport, be easy to work with, and enjoy a small working environment.

Represent me in a professional and personable manner to all contacts, in person, by phone and in writing.

Have the sophistication and discretion to handle professional and confidential matters.

Full time but work schedule can be flexible. Salary requirements, please.

Here’s Lauren’s cover letter that went with her resume:

why do I keep mispelling my own name?

Gloria and Lauren, you guys didn’t put in this request so I will. It would be fantastic if all who read this put a request in to the Big Boss that this new employer be exactly as he represents himself and Lauren becomes his choice for the job. Love and best wishes…..Chuck

Oh, by the way. If I had received Lauren’s resume in rsponse to my request, she would be my first choice based on this sample of her work! Fine job, Lauren.

SHE’S GOT THE JOB … she does, she does. She spoke the phenomenal boss’s language and left him/her wanting more. Best of all, she can back it up. She’s in, babeeee.

Now I’ll wait for the confirmation that my prediction is right on target. LOL
