Introducing Mikey-Trikey D.

First, there was Heaven Admin’s search for Mikey D., and then Mikey appeared in pieces.

See Heaven Admin opening the box that Mikey came in.  See the big basket that goes on the back so I can carry lots of groceries from Everybody’s.  See Mikey being assembled. The trike didn’t get together by herself. Heaven Admin’s hands and keen mind put Mikey together.

After I broke my ribs a few years back, 7 of them on the right side according to Dr. Ivins who took care of my subsequent broken rotator cuff and broken elbow — even though the falls had nothing to do with a bicycle– I was hesitant — all right, let’s say it as it was — I was too scared I might fall to ride my beautiful bike ever again. Mikey D., as you can see, is very solid, won’t tip over etc.

Voila, Mikey-Trikey D in all her shining splendor! img_3010.JPG

Thanks to the skills and heart of Heaven Admin, here I am now:img_2992.JPG

It’s good to have wheels.

Next blog entry will tell about the driving test Heaven Admin gave me and how serious he was about it.

So happy you have some good photos of Mikey for the blog now.
Love this one of you on Mikey D surrounded by all the lush green trees, bushes and pretty flowers.
Lookin’ good, colorful and in good form, ready to ride! Way to go Gloria.!
Happy to see you have wheels now with much loving attention, support and guidance from Santhan helping you to make this dream come true. Bravo! Love to you, Ginger
ps
I love Sundays for bicycling in nature.
Also, such an easy ideal day for cycling to Everybody’s and to other errands that can be taken care of on that quieter day when the roads are infinitely lighter.
I imagine Sundays could be a good day to practice cycling in smooth quiet lots, working on turns and mastering the art of riding Mikey D for greatest safety, well being, comfort & joy.
All blessings to you dear Gloria. Enjoy!

Hoy Dear Gloria. You look fantastic. I love your Hat. Never be scared, God will look after Gods Scribe. Your Motor Home will be getting Bigger and Bigger to get it all on. Mieke and I travelled with our own small moterhome through Australia and a hired one in new Zealand and it is fun You stop where ever and when ever the mood strike and Gods world is so beautiful you will love it. When is it all going to Happen? Have fun with Micky D. Love to all Jack

Oh that picture of you riding is precious, you thin little thing! And what does the”D” stand for in Mikey Trikey D? It was so cute to see it parked outside of Everybody’s the other day. It was humorous to have you admit you drove off without your helmet, only to see Santhan show up minutes later with your helmet in his backpack. Do you ride faster than Heaven Admin by the way?

Beloved Jack, you help us to see that God’s world is beautiful. What a model of what God wants us to be you are. Will get to your question about motor home trip as soon as I can. Maybe be a blog entry.

Beloved Dianita, no reason for the D except I like the way it sounds. I think Heaven Admin thought of it. That was so dear of him to bring my helmet along. He doesn’t miss a trick.

The next blog entry will be about the driving test Heaven Admin gave me. Forgetting my helmet is a no-no.

D as in Doh. Ha ha. After spending some time with Mikey, I discovered he’s a dear and not a doh. So maybe the d stands for deer. The handlebars can be his antlers.

Why is the mirror hanging down? I’m sure I tightened that.

Maybe the mirror didn’t like to have his photo taken!

He’s standing up straight now!

Thank you for everything, Senor.

Oh Gloria!
Oh Senor!
Oh Dianita!
Oh Ginger!
Oh Jack!

Such fun and support for the new transportation.

Mikey Trikey D looks like a racecar in candy apple red.

No fear, no fear.
