How do I change a vibration in my spirit plane to supersede a vibration in a lower plane?

God to Peter:

Dearest Wonderer Peter,

To change any vibration, simply employ the top level of your self. The top level being all that you can be.

Walk amongst the dead, and what do you notice? You notice that all is at the level you are enquiring about. Think to your self, how do I get that level to change?

When you were young, there was a purity in the level that has since been slidingly changed.

All above will be what I deem to be. All below is what you deem it to be.

Can you be all that you can be in your eyes or mine? It is my eyes that see All possibilities, not yours yet. So if you want the level to change based on what you can see, then change the level by seeing through my eyes. Create the possibility by seeing what I freely grant thee.

It is you who limits your self. Your self is limitless. It can be ALL possibilities created from me. It is only your understanding or limits within your imaginary vision that need to be changed so you can be ALL that you want to be. You want to be more than you believe. You want to be more like ME. I hold out my hand and will show you the way. What are you waiting for? You need to believe in incredible possibility.

Everything you have seen has limited or narrowed what most people can be. When you understand that light is All possibility, then you cannot limit what you can be. To supersede a lower level of energetics to a higher level, employ the possibilities of Me within your Self. Your spirit is your reflection of Me.

Unlimit Me and you take the limits away from You. Create in phantasmal scope the greatest reflection of Me. Then you will realize your true becoming of being.
