I so love reading Jack's comments. It reminds me of my grandmother, who passed on a couple of years ago. She, too, loved life and loved giving, though many would think she had nothing to give. She didn't have money, it's true, but she had a heart full of love for her family--all five generations worth--and always had a stash of crocheted dish cloths, slippers and potholders made from leftover bits of yarn just waiting to be given away. Like Jack, she was a lesson in not only acceptance, but acceptance with joy. I'm sure if Jack had awoken to find that his wife's puppy had "leaked," he would not only have accepted it, he would have found some way to find joy in it. So, thank you, Jack.
