God reveals Himself

You must know by now that I live, eat, and sleep Heavenletters. I am always thinking of Heavenletters. I get caught up in all that has to be done. I see just what’s in front of me, and I would rather not have distraction such as forwards.

Today someone sent me four forwards to events in California. One was on weight loss. The others were spiritual events. I don’t live near California, and, besides, I am totally focused on Heavenletters. To my eyes and ears, what can equal them? What else do I want to read?

You get the idea. I never read forwards nor do I go to the links that may be included. I simply have too much that must be done.

With all that being said, the other day someone sent me a link to a Youtube presentation, and by some miracle, I did watch it. I was wowed.  The video was of a fifteen-year old boy singing opera in Australia’s equivalent to American Idol — and as I watched, I kept feeling and thinking: “This is God’s doing. ”

All I could think of was God, and how God gave this boy a marvelous gift so that he could touch the hearts of so many ordinary people who, whether they knew it or not, were giving a standing ovation to God.

I thought that this boy, unspoiled as he is, may not know that it is God’s gift he has. He may have thought he was the one singing in such a beautiful heart-evoking voice. I knew it was God all the time.

I have heard that the time comes when we do see God in everything. Wouldn’t that be great! But I can say that when I heard this boy sing, it was like I was God enjoying His son’s performance.

The boy’s name is Mark Vincent. The link to the video is:

Does this strike you as powerfully as it did me?

Take a look at the Hallelujah (I loved the original song) performance on youtube: to me it’s even better than Nessun Dorma. Thanks Gloria and thanks a lot Mark! :)
P.s. Gloria why not sending him an HL as a way to say thank you Mark from all of us?

He’s got the God look in his eyes. What a voice! I’m so happy to see popularity contests like this are featuring opera. Remember Paul Potts? Gracias Senora!

Well, I sat here with tears running down my face. I don’t know opera well, but when that much love comes through in one voice…and the humility of that boy!
