God is always here
This is not a revelation, of course! And, yet, it is wonderful to experience God here, to the left and to the right of us, behind us, always here for us and so strongly sticking up for us.
When I experience this, as sometimes happens in personal Godwriting, my mingling thoughts recede, and what a few moments ago seemed so important fades, and there is God and there is I, and We are standing up for each other as if, not only that God’s love is all that matters, but that there is nothing else that exists to matter. Sometimes, but not always, for these few moments, the world does not exist. After, when the world comes back, only then am I aware that for a few precious moments, the world had not been there, and God alone was.
In God, we have a Champion. How unshakable is His confidence in us.
