Favorite Blog Entries

What are your favorite Godwriting™ blog entries? Do you have some?

I had the clever idea of choosing ten favorites. I found this was impossible for me to do. One leads to another, and I found I can’t really leave out any of my darlings — with the exception of a few that I might remove.

My absolute favorites (I say modestly) seem to be those that are mostly about me!!!! I also, on occasion, do not mind playing the fool,as in How to Speak Greek perfectly!

How to Speak Greek Perfectly

How to Become a Princess

Security in Amsterdam

There is overlapping, for the three above are also traveling in Europe entries — all the traveling entries are my absolute favorites.

The Family Stories have been bittersweet and precious to me.

I love all the entries about World Peace. They soothe my heart and make me smile. I like the cooking and gardening ones most of all. The one about bringing in a grandchild too.

I love all the workshop ones. I like to read them to see if I can learn something.

Naturally, the Personal Question entries steal the show. These two are miracles:

A Personal Miracle in Italy Today

A Personal Question to God

And, ah, Godwriting that workshop participants do. I have to give special mention to this tender Heavenpetal:

Santhan’s Godwriting — Heavenpetals

Do you have any favorites? If you do, tell us what they are, and why?

If I had to pick just a few (love them all–haven’t read one I did not like/love), tops would be the family stories, all the family stories (about Lauren as well), your teacher stories, your travel stories, etc. All the “all about you” stories.

When we finally meet in person, it will be like meeting an old friend after a long absence. It just feels good.

My two favorites are My Brother Sid Part 5, and another — which I can’t locate now– where God tells you that his relationship with Jesus was not personal, it was bigger than that.

Good choice, Jack. “There is nothing not fine.”

I remeber several older ones I found quite touching but would have to search for now. The ones that come to mind readily are the entries on Columbus.

“I instruct you to set sail today for a new land, and you will discover it right where you are. It can only be where you are. One more attempt, and perhaps another, and you will discover discovery for a purpose beyond yourself.”
