Dowsing and Decluttering

Marie-the-culture-food-lady
I have a wonderful friend Marie. She is a bright light. She makes wonderful cultured foods like raw goat’s milk kefir, raw cultured vegetables, nut pates and other healthy foods that she gives me tastes of.

Above is a photo of Marie all in blue. Marie is standing in front of my big magnolia tree. Of course, my photo doesn’t do my beautiful friend justice.

What you see in her hands are two dowsing rods.

I learned from Marie that dowsing lays the foundation for feng shui. Proper dowsing can even strengthen your immune system, help you sleep, reduce friction in the home… But none of these things tempted me.

However, here I am, trying to empty out my house. Certainly I’ve made progress. Three dressers are gone, a dining table, some smaller tables, a screen, some woven chests, bigger angels, household items, plants, clothes, etc, but it seems like the more things I move out, more come to take their place! I am surrounded with piles of things and boxes, and an attic and more closets to empty out. Sometimes it feels like I’ll be sorting and sorting forever, like in Purgatory! Oh, no!

Marie is certified in feng shui and dowsing. I asked Marie if dowsing might help me declutter. She said it might.

Mainly what gets dowsed are geopathic stress lines, karma Lines, and negative vortexes. The cures, by the way, are copper wires. http://www.dowsingandfengshui.com/

So I bit the dust and asked Marie to come. So, Saturday afternoon, Marie spent four hours working on the house where I live. Amazingly, while Marie was dowsing, I started to feel something, something wonderful. A kind of easing.

My daughter who lives in the adjoining apartment also felt something. And she was surprised when she found herself spontaneously picking up a broom and sweeping.

Our friend Jacqueline who is extremely down to earth came over to go for a walk. She got very quiet and said , “What’s been going on? Did you have an initiation here?”

I will be telling you more about the decluttering saga on another day. Stay tuned.

Just wanted to say thanks! for all your Godwriting messages. It really is a joy to read each one when they come. Funny, I feel like clearing out my closets now after reading the above about Marie and dowsing!! Thanks again, Rich :)

The clutter really does seem to breed, doesn’t it? It seems the boxes of excess never get quite emptied. In fact, they seem to proliferate. I don’t want all that stuff back in my cupboards but on the other hand, it seems wasteful to just throw it away . . . I am determined to live a simpler, uncluttered life but right now my bathroom is being rebuilt and so is the street outside my house, which has been under re-construction since August. They can’t seem to get the new water mains installed so they will work properly, and keep digging the street back up. So, is this a metaphor for my life and all the transformations going on? Why does everything we try to clean up have to get messier first? Maybe you can ask Marie.

Richard, I feel so grateful that you read this blog! And now I know you do. A million thanks.

Now, Carol, on the other hand, you have to read the blog! I mean, we’re friends, and, forgive me, I expect it of you!

Yes, the cluttering and decluttering seem to go round and round.

Marie, I hope you are readng this. Is it true that everything we try to clean up gets messier first? Or is it that we are seeing what has always been?

I know in my case I simply have been overlooking a lot.

God bless us all!

Hi Gloria, Richard and Carol I have not been posting for a while and I have been decluttering, I had not realised my house was full of the stuff… Stuff well I kept on cleaning but no one was using so I decided enough is enough, so much so that nothing new was allowed to come through. So i asked God he liked the idea for days i have been sorting, shifting, giving away anywhere to Charity shops going back 40 years of stuff where does it all come… One man’s rubbish can be another man’s treasure the funny thing is. That i am not missing any of it, and because i have made room new things that i do want is beginning to show up in its place… The new possessions i have mean so much more because i got rid of my rubbish Thank you God… and so I keep going from one room to the next. The other members of my family are somewhat uncooperative at the moment and resisting attempts but well i know i am on the right track here… and can see a glimmer of light through the trees. Luv Daisy

Interesting, interesting! So the dowsing helped change the vibes?
Actually, I have no problem believing in it since, my husband had great interest in dowsing at one time and during that time we met with other dowsers and feng shuie experts as well. Usually, dowsing was used to find underground water or metals or lost objects. At one time though, my husband was asked to dowse the living quarters and office space of a lady who was going through some health challenges. Furniture was rearranged by taking in consideration the layout of the existing energy (ley) lines.

By the way, your friend Marie looks beautiful in the blue dress in your garden. She really radiates!

Your room is not so appealing in the picture but, I admire you and Carol and Daisy who are going through the process of de-cluttering. It is something I should be doing too but am procrastinating at this time.

Waiting for the de-cluttering saga to continue……….

Hugs,
Xenia

I am amazed at Daisy that she just internally knew to declutter. This may be what’s happening with Carol too.

But I — I am forced to declutter because I’m moving to Argentina. Really, I’m glad to leave most everything behind, yet it’s quite a process.

Xenia, you are seeing “during” photos. And hopefully I’ll get this done, and then you can see some “after” photos.

All love,

Gloria

Hi Gloria, I am responding to your invitation to “participate.” Here I am, participating. Yes! The stillness in your house after the dowsing was palpable and lovely. Marie did a wonderful thing.

Hello, Everyone. Well! This is the first time I have ever made a blog entry anywhere!
My feng shui and dowsing teacher, Marie Diamond, says that this is a science of compassion. I have really found it to be true. It can be so difficult to get through the mess of our lives.
Our own home would have won a prize for clutter! When we began to throw out and sell and get rid of, people asked if we were moving!
Each time I begin to dowse, my mind comes in and says: “This is a lot of bunk!” But almost immediately, as I dowse and place the cures, I feel the space settling and becoming quieter. It is so good to have people like Gloria and her daughter intuitively confirm it.
Blocking and curing the environmental stress will make the decluttering easier and keep the clutter from reproducing so fast. But, sad to say, the physical decluttering and ordering must still be done!
If you want to find a dowser in your area, you can look at www.mariediamond.com.

Blessings, Marie
