Camp Ghoulog

Camp Ghoulog by Aman Charles

Camp Ghoulog, the ebook itself is well worth reading. It stands on its own. But, wait, wait until you find out about the eight-year old author, Aman Charles.

To give you an idea of how amazing he is, this is what he says on Amazon:

Hi. My name is Aman Charles. I am 8 years old and I live in Eastern Iowa, United States. I love writing books because I learn so much while I am writing them. You should write your own books. It is really easy. Just write about the things you love the most. You can draw your own pictures or find copyright free pictures on the internet. The things I love the most are: Soccer, Tennis, Pokemon, reading books about reptiles and planets and most of all, riding bikes with my family in the countryside. ~~~~ If you want my help, I will gladly make a phone call or video conference call through Skype to any school or reading group that selects any of my books. Just email me. AMAN CHARLES info@1stworldpublishing.com Publisher: 1stworldpublishing.com

In Camp Ghoulog, Aman writes about two children on their summer vacation at the beach. Magic and mystery unfold when one of the children discovers that he can speak and understand the language of sea creatures! Whales, dolphins and octopi all express their concern for how humans treat the oceans and together the children come up with a plan to —

I love every word of Aman’s books.

Incidentally, Aman’s father is Rodney Charles, who was the first publisher to discover and value Heavenletters — and publish Heavenletters™ , Love Letters from God, Book One.

Does everyone know that Jacqueline is a writer herself and a college teacher of writing as well?

I know a little about this author as he is my son. Naturally my comments about him and his books would be biased by my affection for him, but nonetheless …what an extraordinary child!
His entire generation has me in awe! They have been called upon to demonstrate the naturalness of miracles and they have been born with all the equipment necessary to make that happen.
It’s a wonderful book. Thank you Gloria for your support.

I will definitely be passing on this information … it sounds like a delightful series of books. And I totally agree about this generation of kids. What a remarkable generation is being born. Kudos to the teachers like Gloria and the parents like Rodney who recognize these special children and ease their transition into adulthood.

A few years ago, our family all received a very fun book by our nephew about the adventures of his friend, Elbert the Ant, which he based on some stories told by his dad. His sister helped with the illustrations and his mom had it bound.

I will definitely share these books by Aman with them. Perhaps he will be inspired to share more Elbert the Ant stories with us …
