Way back in the early days of summer, Bernie Siegel, M.D., invited me to be a guest on his radio show on Tuesday, December 2, 2008.  He must have known he would have to book me well in advance. (Just kidding.)

It must be six years or more now since Bernie and I became friends. I mean real friends. Friends who can kid around and all.  Bernie is very dear to me.
