A horse who has a lot to say

 louis-480.jpg

This is Gloria speaking now. If you have heard me talk about Godwriting™,  you may have heard me say that we can get into the consciousness of any being we love and, furthermore, into the consciousness of plants and minerals. I have a dear friend in Oregon who has written down what she hears the trees tell her. And there is a lady in town who wrote a book filled with the messages she received from ancient stones in New Zealand.

In the blog entry just before this one, I referred to some of the down-to-earth wisdom from my beloved dog Sunshine. I heard recently about a book that was someone’s conversations with their beloved eagle.

This is not cutesy sentimental stuff I’m talking about. These are the real goods.

Today we have a guest blogger who is a horse. There is a reason why we have the expression — hear it from the horse’s mouth.  I have great respect for Lewis. I wanted to give you his credentials, but he really wants to speak for himself:

I’m Lewis, and I am a horse. I live in Vermont. I dictate my messages telepathically to a woman I know who lives in Massachusetts. She has agreed to write exactly what I say without comment, question or edit. It’s not easy to find a person who is willing to do that for a horse! I have a lot that I want to say. I want to talk a lot about a lot of topics - horse topics, people topics, nature topics, political topics. These topics all have one thing in common: Truth with a capital T. I only speak the Truth. If you would like to read the Truth, read on.

This is Gloria again. To give you an idea of Lewis’ common sense approach, here are a few one-liners from Lewis’ Twitter page, Louis Bray (VermontLewis):

Do not be more concerned about the carbon footprint on this planet than you are about YOUR footprint on this planet. Be a light!

When life gives you lemons and you are sick of making lemonade, whip up a lemon meringue pie!

When war is not the answer…in any way, for any one…then war will cease to be. We’re getting close!

If you are happy with what you are doing, truly happy, then you’re way ahead of the game…..and the gang!

If you suspect that animals know more and are a lot smarter than most people think they are, you are right. I am a horse. I should know!

And now my friend who takes dictation from Lewis would like to add a few comments:

Lewis is in service of the Divine.  Horses, like people, have varying degrees of commitment to their spiritual mission on the planet.  Lewis, like us, is 100% committed to his spiritual mission here on earth.  His mission has many “line items” but one of the most important is to make people aware of the great intelligence in the animal kingdoms.

As people listen to Lewis, Lewis hopes that they will recognize that all animals have thought processes in varying degrees.  Horses, like dolphins and whales, have superior intelligence and hold much wisdom. That superior intelligence together with their connectedness to the All-Is-One allows them to impart knowledge and wisdom to humanity that humans may not easily access for themselves.  Lewis is happy to be of service in that respect.

How does this all work, this horse talking through a human?  It’s easy. Once a human and a horse are both connected to the “All-Is-One Phone System”  then one can easily “pick up the phone” and have a effortless conversation together.  The big challenge for the horses is to find someone who is willing to tell it like it is.  On the part of the human partner, that takes courage, integrity and a willingness to “get out of the way” and be the faithful messenger either vocally or through the written word.

When a horse speaks, there is no ego involved.  There is no danger of the horse “getting a big head”  (Lewis’s head is quite large, even for Lewis’s size, but you know what I mean!) so it solves a lot of problems for a horse to speak rather than for a human to have to struggle to keep a balanced ego.  And it also stretches the consciousness of the human to hear of the intelligence and wisdom that is coming from a horse!

Gloria again — are we not living in a miraculous world?  Lewis, simply by being who he is, is teaching us to listen. Thanks, Lewis.  www.vermontlewis.blogspot.com

My daughters chocolate lab went on vacation at my house for about 5 days. Last night she left and I miss her presence in my house. She was a powerful reminder of unconditional love. She would see anyone run up to them like she was so delighted to see them whether she knew them or not and whether I liked them or not. She’s a teacher for me of love, never knowing a stranger and not worrying about anything. If I had to keep her kenneled for longer than she wanted, immediately she was over it and back to love.

What a wonderful horse. I recently saw a book about an amazing therapy horse, who became the oldest living horse ever. He knew how to reach autistic children and disabled children. He also taught other horses to be therapy horses as well. I don’t remember the name of the book, but when I go back to that store, I’ll find it again and post it. Meanwhile, maybe someone else knows this story too???

I love Lewis’s wisdom and humor. And the explanations from his “human translator” about WHY horses, dolphins and whales are able to impart knowledge and wisdom that humans can’t easily access for themselves. Also, Lewis’s human partner does a great job of explaining how the “All-Is-One Phone System” works. I spend a lot of time in Nature … traveling and doing energy work with and for the Earth. I regularly “talk” with trees, mountains, birds, insects and other creatures. We’re not “crazy” when we do this. We’re just tapped into the “All-Is-One Phone System.” Thanks for sharing Lewis’s insight, humor and wisdom. We can communicate with any creature in any realm via the “All-Is-One Phone System” … especially when we do it with love, humility and respect … and the eager desire to learn and share love and wisdom with ALL CREATURES!!!

I cannot imagine a world without beloved animals in it. They are indeed our teachers.

These are beautiful comments, all.
