Arnand’s workshop evaluation 2

Monday, February 6th, 2012

Yes, Arnand’s evaluation of his Godwriting™ workshop, made me think of things to say. Isn’t that one of the most wonderful things about people — that they make us think of things to say!

Here are a few of Arnand’s statements and what they spark in me: (more…)

Arnand’s evaluation of Godwriting workshop

Saturday, February 4th, 2012

Arnand, thank you for your evaluation of the Godwriting™ workshop that you, Heaven Admin (your nephew!) and I shared at your beautiful beach house. We shared Godwriting in a backdrop of  the Indian Ocean, constant beauty, the big sky,and the yellow sun. You opened your home, and you opened your heart. It was beautiful to be present when God whispered to you — or maybe talked louder than that.

You can imagine how touched I was to be present with you, Arnand. (more…)

I have just finished reading Mutant Message Down Under. Re-reading actually because I read it when it first came out and maybe once after that too, and again now. There were many messages in this book that echo what God tells us in Heavenletters™.

There are two incidents I remember very well. (more…)

Arnand’s Godwriting

Friday, February 3rd, 2012

This is the Godwriting™  Arnand received at the workshop last weekend. I’ve prefaced it with the email that accompanied his Godwriting™,  and I would like to include an observation of Arnand so you have an idea of what he is like. (more…)

Metaphors

Monday, January 30th, 2012

When I used to write fiction and poetry, I would strive for metaphors. My thinking would be something like this: “I need a good metaphor here.”

Then I would try and try to think of a metaphor. Sometimes I was successful, sometimes not. I’m speaking of hours and hours and maybe days and days where I’d work hard, trying to capture the just right metaphor. I remember staying up until three in the morning one night without success.

In Godwriting™, from the very beginning, metaphors pop up at will. (more…)

Another Godwriting workshop at the beach

Sunday, January 29th, 2012

Can there be a better weekend than a Godwriting™ workshop held in view and hearing of the Indian Ocean? I can’t imagine.

This past weekend, beloved Uncle Arnand came down to Palm Beach to learn Godwriting™.

In pursuit of happiness 2

Sunday, January 29th, 2012

The other day I wrote about a natural experience of happiness. I had the experience. It didn’t come from the outside, although, I must say that the outside is so beautiful here that there should be a celebration of it every day. But, in any case, I was quite proud of myself that I got to be happy from the inside.

Then today, as much as I didn’t want to, I started thinking about situations where I knew I couldn’t be happy.  (more…)

In pursuit of happiness 1

Friday, January 27th, 2012

How many times have I heard statements like the three below, and nodded my head, and thought, “But, of course.”

My happiness is dependent upon nothing but myself.

My happiness is up to me.

Happiness is within me.

Just now (the day I’m writing this) I experienced it. I did it — kinda! I made it happen — sort of. (more…)

Is it real or imagined

Wednesday, January 25th, 2012

Sometimes it’s not so clear whether we’re having an actual spiritual experience, or it’s just the mind wandering and painting a picture. I want to tell you about one of those times and an insight that came from it. It should have been an obvious insight, yet I hadn’t quite taken it in before.

One night recently, as I was lying in bed, I was thinking: “Oh, God, please remove all pettiness from my heart. Get it all out.” (more…)

The morning I wrote this blog entry down, I woke up with a thought about myself, the exact words of which I cannot remember now.
