Heaven Admin sure knows some great movies. (more…)

New Year’s Eve Heaven Admin picked out a DVD for me. Although now I learn that it had been nominated for lots of academy awards, I had never even heard of this movie before Heaven Admin showed it to me. It is a very special movie, and it was wonderful. (more…)
Last night Heaven Admin rented a movie called Flash of Genius.
The movie opens with the main character, Bob Kearns, a college professor, played superbly by Greg Kinnear, telling his engineering class that there is much more to engineering than the engineering itself. There is the importance of ethics. He gave as an example the service to mankind in the engineering of a pacemaker and the disservice to mankind in the engineering of the gas chambers. (more…)

Not only did I find the movie truly enjoyable and worthwhile, and not only was it filled with wondrous heroes, I just discovered that there was a true hero behind the scenes. (more…)
This isn’t the first time I’ve been out of sync with the world. (more…)
If you remember, I watched JESUS CHRIST, SUPERSTAR, about 130 times and GODSPELL about 30 times. I must be a slow learner, or I wouldn’t have had to watch them so often to get whatever it was that I was supposed to get from it. But, anyway, I was finally released from their spell. (more…)
