This was a great show, if I say so myself. Barbara has a way with her guests. Think of it:  Barbara does an internet radio show every Monday morning. She puts her whole heart and soul into it. Do you know all the emails it takes back and forth to confirm guests etc. It’s a lot of work. You have to really want to share God in order to have a regular internet radio show.

She does a great job. I know this because the one hour on her show seemed like only two minutes. This is not how it usually is when I am being interviewed.

Sometimes we’re so close to a subject we don’t see the whole. We see the details but not where we’re going. That’s what I’ve been doing, it seems to me. I’ve been more like a settler than a pioneer. Tell me you know what I mean.

Okay, Lauren had an appointment to meet with Phenomenal Boss yesterday at 4 p.m. She had sent an email confirming the date and time.

She drove to Chicago which is five to six hours away a day earlier than she had originally planned. She was dressed for success on a very hot muggy day. She found his beautiful home where his office is, and there really was street parking available. She arrived in perfect time.

I’m pretty sure I’ve mentioned before an interview show called Actor’s Studio. The host interviews well-known movie stars. The audience is made of students who are studying acting, directing and/or writing. The audience is quite wonderful. (more…)

Somehow, miraculously, Santhan appeared much in the same way that Heavenletters themselves appeared — like out of the blue to serve us all. In a way, the same way you appeared. It was in the 1980’s. I was living on the East Coast at the time when I read Love, Medicine & Miracles by Bernie S. Siegel, M.D. This was Bernie’s first book.  I was thrilled with every page. I believe his book was important for my evolution. Looking back, I can certainly see that his words were instrumental in moving me forward. (more…)
