God the Light - by Lance King

Lance King the voice of metal

Gloria, this is an interesting Heavenletter, #2636, God the Light. It is without the judgments so many of us put on things and deeds on this Earth. And yet still pronounces the power of everything is the love and light. I have been the actor that has done bad deeds, I have played both roles, and I choose the one of good now every time, because it feels good to me, meaning, I feel good doing the good deeds, I seem to get an instant and long lasting reward from this, within myself, and also from those around me, in fact, I feel it goes much farther than this, that it transcends space and time and seems to bring me closer to God. I feel each day myself coming closer to Him and the light, and if fills my heart and being with great joy to do the right thing. (more…)

There is NO DEATH - Russ Michael

Saturday, February 9th, 2008

Here is an excerpt from Michael’s blog. I love the title of his blog. So simple. It is called “I am Michael.”

You may remember that it was Russ Michael who found the two European publishers for Heavenletters.  Without Michael,  we might not have the Heaven book published in Greek, German, and Romanian, and I wouldn’t have had that fairy tale trip a year ago.

Michael wrote:

There is no death! Why? Simply because there is nothing in this universe but life and whatever temporal form it holds Show me one thing–that at some level–is not alive?

Few on Earth understand that no one dies.

Yes, indeed. There is no denial of the fact that an exit is made by the conscious in-dweller of any physical form from the body at the moment of body death. However are you the body you travel around in? Are you the car you drive in? Are you boat you sail in down the rivers and over the vast ocean of life? Are you the air vehicle that allows you to soar over the clouds and highest mountains upon Earth? (more…)

Lady Isis and I Are Almost Twins

Thursday, January 31st, 2008

Remember Heavenletterâ„¢ #2617 Change Your Thoughts, and Change Your Life, January 24, 2008?

Soon after that Heavenletter came out, Lady Isis, who includes a Heavenletter in her newsletter every day, emailed me:

Gloria dear,
Want to know something funny? When I read today’s Heavenletter’s title I said, “Gee, that sounds familiar.” Then I remembered — I wrote an article with the exact same title in 2002!
Love ya, Isis

It was the exact same title and exact same subject! That’s why I say we are almost twins! Besides, I thought Lady Isis and I Are Almost Twins was a catchy title!

I love how clearly and solidly Lady Isis says things, so with her permission, here is her article, Change Your Thoughts and Change Your Life: (more…)

Fear of Vanishing

Saturday, January 12th, 2008

Here is CC Mountain’s, Heaven’s French translator, most beautiful experience. I believe it would be called a near-death experience. Really, it should be called a near-Life experience. CC wrote:

I was so afraid I would vanish into nothingness.

First I must tell you something very personal about me, so that you can understand the whole story.

I was born with a common face deformity that can now easily be treated with two or three surgical operations, but needed much more of it about thirty years ago. o I had to go through 12 surgical operations, between the age of 3 months and 22 years old, before I could have a face that everybody would call “normal”.

Every surgical operation was to me very traumatizing because, each time, I felt the awful sensation of falling into nothingness, (more…)

A Godwriting Experience

Friday, January 11th, 2008

In his own words,  Heaven’s French translator tells us how he came to Godwrite:

Here is the whole story

First of all, I think I must tell you about the main reason why I’m so interested in Heavenlettersâ„¢ and why I decided to join this beautiful community on the forum, and to translate Heavenletters into French.

Like most of you, I think, I was deeply touched by the incredible love and wisdom coming out from these magnificent letters from God. From all the reasons explaining why I’m here, this isn’t the least, but there is another one, more important and more significant to me.

Indeed, the first Heavenletters I read very much related to something wonderful and very moving that happened to me ten years ago. (more…)

UNDERSTAND WHY by Bernie Siegel, M.D.

Wednesday, October 3rd, 2007

This is Bernie’s response to Heavenletter #2501 Why doesn’t God do it? And what a wonderful response it is. Bernie wrote:

Many years ago my great grandfather told me of the persecution he experienced in Russia which led him to come to this country. He said the Cossacks would pursue him at night, when he was out teaching, and slash him with their sabers. One night he was on the hill above his village with his rabbi, the Baal Shem Tov. As they looked down they could see the Cossacks riding down and killing their Jewish brethren. They might have felt the same had they seen their loved ones being taken away to become slaves in a foreign land. My great grandfather heard the rabbi say, “I wish I were God.”

He asked, “Do you want to be God so you can change the bad into the good?

“No, I wouldn’t change anything. I want to be God so I can understand.â€? (more…)

Freedom

Friday, July 6th, 2007

There are beautiful people in this world who think differently from the way I do, even the opposite from how I do.

And then there are also beautiful people who feel exactly the way I do, and say it so magnificently. Here’s an example from Lady Isis: (more…)

Guest Entry - The Heart Connection

Tuesday, April 3rd, 2007

As director of Global Village School in Ojai, California, I recently had the opportunity to host Nepali teacher and visionary, Chintamani Yogi. Yogi Ji visited us as part of his six-week tour around the U.S. He shared chanting, stories, and reflections; told of his work in Nepal; and left everyone with much food for thought. His presentation truly did take place in ‘sacred space.’ There was such a special loving feeling in the room. It was a magical evening.

Yogi-Ji has had ample opportunity to reflect on educational strategies during his 25 year tenure at HVP, during which time enrollment has grown from seven students to 1,200 students. (more…)

Guest Entry — Jeff Keller

Monday, March 5th, 2007

I arrived at the doctor’s office for a routine check-up and was invited to take a seat in the waiting area. About five minutes later, the doctor’s assistant, a young woman who appeared to be in her 20s, called my name and asked me to accompany her to the examining room.

As I entered the room, she smiled and said “Good morning, how are you today?”

I responded, “Terrific” and then asked her, “And you?”

She replied, “Good so far, but it’s still early.” (more…)

Hi Gloria and all.

This photo above shows where it started 50 years ago in Indonesia. Mieke, my bride, arrived from Holland by ship. We were married the same afternoon and went to the company’s resort in the mountains for our honeymoon. (more…)
